Sept. 20th Training Update
This weekend was a flurry of training. We trained Friday night (~2 hours), Saturday morning (~2 hours), and Saturday evening we traveled up to visit Shakokan for a shared class. The evening ended the evening with Iwae Dojo’s first promotion.
The next planned trip to Shakokan is Oct. 10th.
